Pros

Interesting work, good benefits & employee stock program, good vacation allowance (unlimited w/approval), opportunity to travel

Cons

Corporate management are useless, focused on all the wrong things, treat employees bady, penny pinching to the extreme, then wasteful to the other extreme. Bought lots of successful companies, then completely changed & ruin them. Too many cliques within the company, harboring use-Les, worth-Les, Sycophantic people. If you like to get on by brown nosing, this is the place for you.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We are thrilled that you have found your work here interesting and we are very proud of the benefits we offer to our employees. EFI being a global company has a responsibility to ensure that all of its business units work and operate to the same business goal. This at times means that corporate management oversees the overall health and direction that a business unit is headed. This is all done with the intention of helping each business unit prosper and grow and to help EFI’s position as a global leader. Sometimes as a business unit approaches or is at the top of its industry growth curve, we will limit resources and/or funds to that unit so that other emerging business units within the EFI family can benefit from additional resources and additional capital. We welcome any feedback on where you feel EFI is not firing on all cylinders, in the end, it is EFI’s goal to ensure that it’s exceptional workforce grows and prospers as EFI does. Again, we thank you for your thoughts and input! Wendy Lague, Manager, Talent Acquisition on behalf of Michael Skowron, VP Engineering Inkjet Solutions

Pros

Good co-workers, flexibility and good benefits.

Cons

New management in the last few years has changed what was a relaxed culture has changed to an atmosphere of trying to make more money with a lot less resources and running employees to the ground. Management has become like drill sergeants to their employees.

Pros

Great peers and was a fun place to work. High energy

Cons

The only thing senior management cares about is the bottom lune and making their Q numbers. They have lost sight at what made this company great.... it’s people. The CEO continues to get big fat raises and the lower class has to take pay cuts and layoffs
