Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We are thrilled that you have found your work here interesting and we are very proud of the benefits we offer to our employees. EFI being a global company has a responsibility to ensure that all of its business units work and operate to the same business goal. This at times means that corporate management oversees the overall health and direction that a business unit is headed. This is all done with the intention of helping each business unit prosper and grow and to help EFI’s position as a global leader. Sometimes as a business unit approaches or is at the top of its industry growth curve, we will limit resources and/or funds to that unit so that other emerging business units within the EFI family can benefit from additional resources and additional capital. We welcome any feedback on where you feel EFI is not firing on all cylinders, in the end, it is EFI’s goal to ensure that it’s exceptional workforce grows and prospers as EFI does.
