Pros
Decent pay, Flexible timings, Very good cab facility, Work on various technologies, Small company hence easier to grow professionally, No restrictions in any manner, like web sites being blocked, or digital media not allowed, or checking of bags etc, No dress code,
Cons
Not famous as common man doesn't use its products directly, Due to recession there has been no salary hike and even 5% has been cut, If planning to work for a short duration and jump, it's tough as people tend to perceive it as printing domain, hence slightly difficult to get jobs outside.
