This company has Tuesday and friday work from office rule

Cons

Really sucks as a standard. Company falling from top to bottom not only in this case but many other issues to below standard in terms of hike and bonus. If you take leave for some reason on friday(travelling) and tuesday(you were sick) Company assumes that you were on vacation. And you will recieve a email saying do not go for planned vacation. No mechanism to validate authenticity and simply forcing employees to work from office on tuesday and friday.
