Not much room for progression, especially if not connected to anyone inside the company. Favouritism Benefits could be better

I generally like/liked working here as a finance specialist. Awesome Professional Experience

1) No international career opportunities at all :( 2) Local employees are treated much worse than employees in Europe :( 3) There is no townhalls, management never communicates news/info/updates (e.g. by means of video conference) to the employees - it is really outdated and backwards approach
