Pros

High level of training offered to everyone (if you show interest and willing!). Good pay, including overtime. Bonus paid every Christmas along with a company gift and beer! Benefits, including generous pension contribution, on site nurse, employee assistance programme, subsidised canteen, long service bonuses. Progression within the company. Good work equipment and a clean workplace.
