Management are incompetent Treatment of staff is incredibly unfair One of the apprentices who started at the same time as me took a few days off due to illness and family problems, never fell behind on his work whatsoever but was sacked without even as much a formal warning. Nepotism very prevalent.

We welcome all feedback as a Company, however we are unfamiliar with the scenario described. Our apprenticeship scheme is award winning, we also invest heavily in our Leadership, Management and Graduate training programmes. We have long serving employees at EGGER and excellent progression schemes. We are fair, consistent and transparent in terms of our treatment of all our employees and our expectations are clear and reasonable.
