      Pros

      Pay for most positions might be slightly higher than other work in Davidson County

      Cons

      Management here treats you worse than even most low-wage jobs. Most of the Europeans come for a few years to take promotions and are extremely arrogant to the local workforce, and the executives are too cheap to hire competent American managers. Terrible place to work unless you’re coming in at top level for a department.

      - Most of the people are very nice - great training for people who lack experience - excellent foundation for building fundamentals in manufacturing

      Cons

      - lack of employee engagement - Pay can be significantly improved - Raises are hard to come by

      Pros

      Great attitudes from most people and some people really do want to be great employees and work hard at what they do.

      Cons

      There is a tremendous division between the American employees and the European employees as well as holding each other to the same set of standards. Communication gets lost from one department to another.
