Pros

flexible scheduling. meaning, you had better be flexible, as they will switch up your hours on you and expect you to work them or quit

Cons

super noisy, hard to concentrate. managers played favorites. i tried getting help once and was scoffed at "can't you see we're in a meeting?" so i had to walk away without help, even though i was told in training to interrupt anyone if you need help
