Pros

Very established in the industry. Company is growing more intelligently than in the past. Most states have competitive compensation.

Cons

Becoming more "corporate" every day. Cameras added to vehicles. Trying to unify every state's processes instead of individualizing it for the market. Treated like a commodity instead of a person.

Any good review you read on this website is fake. This company is the most shadiest company i have ever worked for. They sit around in there offices talking behind your back. Lack of pay and benefits,remind you how many times you loose in pay because you messed up in your job. Under lots of stress all of the time. sneaking into homeowners backyards,worrying about dogs all of the time or homeowners pulling out a gun or calling the police on you. Walking in the middle of busy streets and highways day and night. Getting yelled at homeowners,contractors,business owners,farmers,bosses,employees,PSE,ect. This job is a very stressful job and does not pay enough for what we do. Do not work for this company they will all go up in flames because they are a hot mess.
