Not too physically demanding. Company vehicle and equipment. Door to door on the clock.

Cons

Mirco managing every second of the day. Vehicle cameras and alot of paperwork.

Pros

Very established in the industry. Company is growing more intelligently than in the past. Most states have competitive compensation.

Cons

Becoming more "corporate" every day. Cameras added to vehicles. Trying to unify every state's processes instead of individualizing it for the market. Treated like a commodity instead of a person.
