Pros
I've been with EMA for 2+ years and quite frankly, I can't imagine working anywhere else. I will absolutely retire from EMA. I, like most, went to Glassdoor to try and gauge what the overall gist of the culture was. I'm glad i thought better to believe what the "internet" said. I'm in sales. I've always been a career focused person. My life revolves around my career, not the other way around. This is the life I've chosen for myself and my family. If you are of the same mindset, then EMA will absolutely reward you with more opportunity. Management is fair and takes notice of hard work and effort.
