Pros
- Excellent and knowledgable coworkers (for the most part)
Cons
- Lack of direction for the company, coming from the top down - Too much focus on "more product", no solutions for selling existing product lines - Inexperienced individuals being "hand picked" for directorships - No internal promotion or movement (unless someone leaves/is fired) - Refusal to "trim the fat" (Terminations are near unheard of) - No raises, no bonuses - Yearly health insurance increases (the whole increase passed to employee)
