Pros

They train the employees, take care of them if they provide value, have great work-life balance, have a free on-site gym - really everything is great except the con.

Cons

The programming is done in an obscure top-down language called Mapper. It makes sense that they use it because it fits their needs and they have enough influence of it to prevent it from becoming obsolete. However, if you like new technology and OO programming, this isn't it.
