Stable company with the appearance of secure jobs.
Cons
If you are in technology and have experience you will find yourself stuck behind low performing minimal education and no experience yes people. The company is due for a big correction but the poorly qualified will fight to stay so I am trying to get out to a less like government and better managed company to work for. The bosses do not live up to promises and they will sacrifice you to retain an image whether you have done something or not. Many time served promotion tracts.
