Too many surveys. Management plays favorites with mediocre employees who will simply go along and get along. No one cares about your input. They have pre-set agendas. Corporate loves to see themselves talk and spends way too much time on propoganda videos and presentations. Cares too much what everyone else thinks except their employees.

Management is too hands on in certain areas.
