-No accountability. -Underwriting literally approves business for agents they like and declines business for agents they do not like. -High School / adolescent atmosphere at Cincinnati branch. Super unprofessional. - Pay is low.

decent pay and benefits. Pro is we have a PENSION and a matching 401K

Cons

Corp is very secretive overall with written rules/plan for advancement. Mgrs mostly promote their friends. Decisions on procedure are made by upper mgmt without consulting with the people that do the work.

Pros

Good PTO, Healthcare, and 401K/Pension Plan. Smaller company with engaged leadership that is easy to connect with. Managers are supportive but do not micro manage.

Cons

Loss control guidelines are unclear at times. Bonuses are paid based on results and they have struggled with profitability for years. There seems to be a fair amount of turnover both in Loss Control and other departments which creates challenges.
