      My managers and the team I work with are a great group of people. Hybrid Schedule

      Cons

      - Incredibly low pay. - Upper Management will bully those that don't bend the knee. - Full of gossip. Often feels like a high school atmosphere, even from HR. - You can bust your butt every day and still not get a single opportunity to grow professionally. Nepotism runs wild here and favorites are played to a heavy extent.
