Where do I begin.....This company is a joke! They have way to many managers that do not interact with each other. Managers that do not know what their PM's or sales people are doing, some of them don't even show up for the weekly meeting!!!! They have a company policy(dress, PTO , etc) but only certain managers enforce it, therefor making employees ask why do I have to abide by this when so and so gets away with doing what ever they want, answer to that, the managers are so afraid that they employees will go to the corporate office and complain (which they do all the time).They rehire trouble makers(some do not even have high school educations but if they get the job done who cares).The office is basically run by certain employees that get away with murder. They come in for their shift and leave to go and get a breakfast sandwiches.....they take 30 minute (smoke breaks), they leave early when they want, work through their lunch breaks to make up time when other employees are told that you must take a lunch break by law and use your PTO time instead!!!! They hire a new HR person, total of 4!!!!!!! to bring up employee morale. Are you kidding me!!!!! HR doesn't even come out of his/her office to see what is going on.Phone calls from clients go days with out being returned and managers say NOTHING!!!!! Pervious positions that need to be filled go for months without any applicants being brought in for an interview, then only a certain TYPE is being brought in for interviews. CEO is a joke, nothing but lip action, he does not back up his word, just waiting till he can retire. The CFO basically runs the office and no one cares for him because he likes to use intimidation to get his way. The best thing is for people to stay away, far, far away from this company!!!!!
