      Pros

      They are a world class organization with strong structure. Jobs are typically stable with independence that allow a consistent schedule. Large company with plenty of room for growth if you put in the work

      Cons

      Negative side is that you have to please everyone. Your position opens the door for lots of blame and finger pointing if someone else isn't happy.
