If you want to be used and tossed like garbage, this is the one for you.
Pros
I THOUGHT I had a steady job and income. Now, I’m constantly worried about when I’m going to get a lay off call. Remote work, fairly flexible scheduling. Some paid holidays and a little PTO (not much). After cycling through many different FMs, I got a pretty good one. Most of my teammates worked really hard alongside me.
Cons
Archaic systems Out of touch upper management Horribly overpriced “benefits” Removed shared stock benefit No focus on customer or employee retention Training—what training? Leadership takes teams apart, down to bare bones, and expects the remaining members to pick up the slack that leadership created while maintaining unattainable metrics Bait and switch—Brings employees in for one role and throws them into another (for example, bringing in an analyst and making them a call center agent IN ADDITION TO their analyst responsibilities) with NO increase in pay and NO adjustments to KPI expectations. Very much a military friendly organization—so much so that totally incompetent people remain on staff because of previous service. Performance and customer satisfaction take a backseat to “the culture.” Hard workers get rewarded with more work, and poor performers get coddled as long as they fit “the culture”
