Pros

some of the people are nice

Cons

boys network. if you're one of the in crowd, you're ok - you get increases and big discretionary bonuses. If you're not in the club, you get overlooked.

Pros

I love talking to our customers and mechanics! Ample training is provided from day one, employees have confidence they are providing the superior service the company is known for.

Cons

Employee retention is high, sometimes it is a wait to advance to the next level. In the meantime, there are all kinds of training programs available to enhance performance and prepare for the next step in your career.

A decent place to start, but that's about it.

Pros

Decent pay, benifits, and somewhat flexible work schedule. They are a growing company, and there is opportunity for growth here for those who are seeking to work in this business.

Cons

-Work and responsibility overload. You are under a lot of pressure not only from the customers, and trying to get your work done, but also under a great deal of pressure to perform from upper management. It all leads to mis-management and mistakes being made. You are also held accountable for things that you have no control over. -It's a big corporate company. They say they treat their employees well, but like any large corporation, they are all about making money and pleasing their investors before pleasing their own people. You feel like "just a number" here, and that your job is on the line when things get tough. -Bad communication and poor planning (which is caused by the things mentioned above.) You're constantly scrambling like a mad man to get something done, because something wasn't communicated, or you found out last minute, or someone dropped the ball. These things definitely happen everywhere, but I found myself working in this environment almost all the time...
