Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm, no required on-call. Very good work/life balance, new vans. Has been pretty stress free

Cons

They need to get some higher quality customers who have a budget, low end retail won’t keep them afloat. Limited opportunities to make more than the yearly cost of living increase
