Laidback work environment. Friendly coworkers. Hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Salaries are below market average. PTO benefits are not good. You start at 12 days. Must work 10 years to get 4 weeks of PTO. Promotions seems to be based on tenure not productivity. Employee Morale is always low.
