Micro managing, paperwork, updates, email traffic Poor work life balance (difficult to take time off, employees must work as close to 40 hrs a week encouraged OT/on-call) Instructed to use personal time for company vehicles maintenance Unpaid for travel Slows down during winter A lot of windshield time, many pm contracts don’t have enough time for travel
