-You will learn a lot.

Cons

-Forced to wear many hats due to lack of manpower -Doesn’t allocate/acquire resources to properly man projects -Overloaded with work -Upper management does not communicate expectations, project budgets or timelines until it becomes a problem. -Upper management does not address issues that concern employees. -There are no established protocols leading to people working in different styles. This can cause issues with teamwork and coordination of deliverables. -Low office morale and favoritism

Pros

Diverse projects with Nyserda & SCA where you learn alot everyday. knowledgeable senior staff leading the firm and driving it to where it is at today. Firm is rapidly growing and expanding from a 50 to 100 employees within the next few years. Keep up the good work guys.

Cons

Projects can be repeated or challenging depending on the department. But other than that very cool place to work for.
