      Pros

      A lot of agency and freedom to try new things.

      Cons

      A lot of work, slow promotions and they beat around the bush with compensation. Upper management also has little to no management experience & plays weird mind games.

      Pros

      Autonomy (to a point). EMPIRE notoriously throws some of the most epic industry parties.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? I'm no newcomer to the industry. Having worked for labels much bigger than EMPIRE, I have never experienced the level of toxicity that I experienced here. Boys club culture & nepotism. Overpromises & underdelivers. Employees are used & discarded. Undervalued. Technology is severely lacking. Management lack leadership skills. Truly disappointing in the lack of diversity in senior management.
