Pros

I enjoy working on employers, it's still claims and if you're in this field you know that the files are messy anywhere that you go but I will say this company is more collaborative than some others and so resolving issues is a bit easier.

Cons

Lower pay than some competitors. Smaller company so there are some issues with software not being its functional as it probably could be and things being a little more convoluted.
