Pros

The company overall takes pride in the way they treat their employees. This was one of the best experiences I had in a working environment from the way the company treated me to the friendships I made with colleagues.

Cons

The pay could be higher but it's still decent for a job not requiring a degree. This is at least in the department I was in.

Pros

The benefits are great (12 weeks paid maternity, grandparent leave, paternity leave, education benefits on top of fairly generous medical and 4011K), there’s room to learn and grow and accomplish great work. Amazing people.

Cons

After wiping out the majority of VPs in a RIF early 2021, the work we were building up to the that point kinda went out the window and new visions, goals, and strategies were vague at best. So, not really sure what we’re working toward (but there is huge opportunity in this if you’re looking to learn and grow).
