      Pros

      Great opportunity for recent grads or people looking to get into IT. Company is growing and has some good people steering the boat

      Cons

      Low pay rate and high turnover as a result. Abusive environment. Deceptive business practices. Poor work/life balance. Poor management at the highest levels who are rarely onsite. Office/warehouse is unbearable to work in during extreme weather as there is no HVAC. CEO refuses to let employees have a microwave.

      Pros

      Staff members are very prompt when responding and sending correspondence. Staff members have a down-to-earth personality, very open and understanding with life situations.

      Cons

      While the office of the client was not easily accessible which is a bit confusing when doing a first time interview, it is understandable due to security measures.
