      An innovative company that is sure to make waves in the future. I highly suggest people look into this company as a place to work and as a role model for companies wishing to implement triple bottom line sustainable management. Career advancement from entry-level to technical to senior roles! Appreciation for employees including awards, great benefits, PTO, healthcare and profit-sharing pension plans which you do not get elsewhere these days! Lot's of exposure to working at fortune 100 and fortune 500 companies like Netflix, Gilead, Broadcom, Extreme Networks, Motorola, VMware, etc. Free employee training including AWS Certifications, Infrastructure Hands-on, low voltage certifications, Server rack/stack/cable training, etc. Great management, lots of smart employees. to assist from technical to Program Management. Great work/life balance, culture, and values! I love my clients and teams. It's the employer of choice!

      Some clients need things done asap, but that just gives us more opportunities for career growth and advancement!

      Pros

      Great opportunity for recent grads or people looking to get into IT. Company is growing and has some good people steering the boat

      Cons

      Low pay rate and high turnover as a result. Abusive environment. Deceptive business practices. Poor work/life balance. Poor management at the highest levels who are rarely onsite. Office/warehouse is unbearable to work in during extreme weather as there is no HVAC. CEO refuses to let employees have a microwave.
