      Employees Are Dispensable

      Some of the other techs are pretty cool to work with.

      Cons

      Management views you as replaceable. Does not pay well. Lackluster communication. Management says one thing, and does another. Management is slow to respond. No work/life balance, expectation to always be available to calls/texts/emails, and you're chastised for not responding quickly enough.
