Upper management will not support you. There are companies out there who appreciate and reward their employees for their hard work and dedication. This company is not one of them. There are companies out there who support their employees in their times of need. This company is not one of them. Labs are understaffed, and equipment breaks constantly. The benefits are terrible. Do not work here.
