Business Outlook
Pros
- Large company with a lot of different departments and supposedly (I've never tried) you can move if there is an opening and you interested in that. - Has a lot of different offices throughout the country - Pretty good work life balance
Cons
- Wages are not as competitive as others out there - Some projects that get sold are a big vague when that get to my desk - Some times things are a bit siloed between the different departments/groups - Our insurance is based out of our corporate office state, and it is not as simple to find providers as it should be sometimes.
