      Good salary, knowledgeable management, and opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Management exhibits significant favoritism and fails to effectively address both internal conflicts and issues with customers. They are quick to terminate employees, even after offering minimal guidance. Before submitting your resignation, be aware that they have a history of terminating employees immediately upon receiving their notice, without compensating for the notice period.

      Pros

      - Large company with a lot of different departments and supposedly (I've never tried) you can move if there is an opening and you interested in that. - Has a lot of different offices throughout the country - Pretty good work life balance

      Cons

      - Wages are not as competitive as others out there - Some projects that get sold are a big vague when that get to my desk - Some times things are a bit siloed between the different departments/groups - Our insurance is based out of our corporate office state, and it is not as simple to find providers as it should be sometimes.
