      Pros

      Lots of commercial construction work. Safety is important and well done

      Cons

      Very Toxic work environment - would rather scream and yell than engage their employees and let them do what they were hired to do. HR is just a puppet for what executive management wants.

      Pros

      The St. Louis office has a great work environment and the best manager I have ever had. The projects are very unique and challenging and they provide a great support structure to excel. I rarely work over 40-45 hours and extremely rarely work weekends (less than once a year on average).

      Cons

      Though they have basic flexibilities such as can start and end your day whenever you have worked 8 hours, several policies get pushed down from the corporate office. There has been a big push to get people back to working in the office. Though they do allow a day or two a week of working from home. In general some policies get pushed down from corporate that does not always make sense or seem to apply to the office. Also not a very diverse office.

      All power tools are provided Large scale jobs at last 1 to 3 years

      Cons

      No way of actually moving up If you're not in the office click then everything on the job site is your fault Task that need to be done done are not related to the people actually doing them They cannot acquire acquire enough material to finish the work Job title promotions are given without pay raises so don't expect to work hard and get ahead
