Bernhard is a fantastic company to start any career in. They provide you many opportunities to learn from many different trades and tradesmen. The pay is decent and the people there are good to work for. Very understanding when emergencies come up and needing to go home is top priority.

Cons

With so many different trades there don't expect to focus on your job alone. You will often do things that you didn't sign up for and will do jobs depending on your experience that you may find unsavory. In short you will do a little bit of everything.
