Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Some really nice people to work with. Hours are reasonable. Facilities are well taken care of.

Cons

Given a lot of responsibility with no authority. They expect to run a full warehouse operation with one person. Lack of control in the field as far as company policies go.

Pros

There's a great support system consisting of the front office who regularly sets up training classes for their employees to ensure peak performance at job sites and safety incentives to raise team moral.

Cons

Lay-offs may occur when jobs run to completion, but such is the nature of the industry and is to be expected. However they do call for the return of team members who show poise and professionalism once work picks back up.
