Pros

Big company so the job security is pretty good. There are a ton of different departments and groups so if you want to move to a different department but stay in the same company that's a possibility.

Cons

It's a big company so there can be levels on politics to deal with for sure. There are a lot of different departments and sometimes it feels like you are stuck in silos. Annual raises and pretty minimal (last year was about 2%) across the board. Pay at least in my situation is a bit below market value.

cool company vision. mostly decent people

Cons

they don't pay squat yet everyone is some type of VP or exectuvie that make 150k plus per year. they will offer you anywhere from 50-90k. the commission plan is peanuts. if you have a 3 million dollar year you may make 100k=- yet they do not even have the resources to execute the work. the arrogance of the individuals you run into is unbelievable
