Pros

This company was a good first place to start as a freshly graduated college student looking to get into the field. It provided the opportunity to get a feel for working in global/corporate environment, a good addition for the resume, and the ability to talk up the work in a way that seems more legitimate than it was. Immediate team-members and friendships made in the office are the best part of the job though. Decent benefits package for a young person without a family & good PTO.

Cons

Very little upward mobility in the company, frustrating leadership dynamics, and the job description was misleading for what the work actually entailed. It's not a job I recommend people stick with for very long, as the low pay rates make it unsustainable for the long-term.
