Harmony Company

Pros

If you like to move around and interact with different people instead of sticking to your own desk, this role may be suitable as the company has various sites in Singapore, and this role will need to carry out quality-related work at different sites. Colleagues are considered nice, and the division leader would also provide guidance when needed. The company is also willing to provide training.

Cons

Projects may move very slow and some times would be cancelled halfway. Less focus on quality due to short of manpower at the sites.
