Hello, and thanks for taking time writing a review. You need to know that we actually provide training to our collaborators. Indeed, we attach a lot of importance into trainings for our employees, and grow all together ! Up to 84% of ENGIE employees were trained last year and we aim at training 100% employees per year by 2030.
