Pros

Great people who are passionate about sustainability and fun to work with.

Cons

HR protects bullies, constant organizational changes, low pay. Going through another big change with recent merger to tech company. Loss of healthcare benefits and employee perks.

Pros

At the global level, ENGIE fostered a supportive culture with strong employee investment — including competitive bonus structures and meaningful professional development opportunities.

Cons

The new leadership on the Houston B2B side — Supply and Retail — lacked experience with IT delivery frameworks and governance best practices, which led to inconsistent decision-making and eroded the structures our teams relied on. More concerning, there was a willingness to misrepresent program health and outcomes to stakeholders — something I was not willing to participate in.
