2yHello. Thanks for writing a review. We are sorry to read that you didn't enjoy that much your experience at ENGIE. And that you didn't benefit from our busines training and skills development programs. In 2022, 84% ENGIE employees were trained and we aim at training 100% every year in 2030. Regarding the salary, we now provide a wide package of advantages (social protection, employee shareholding plan, ...) to stay competitive on the market.
