      Growing pains with amazing people and mission (Consulting side)

      Pros

      You get to work with top-tier consultants. Most consultants come from top 5 consulting firms. The culture is good AND improving! New leadership brought a refreshed approach to work and community. You get to work and serve some of the biggest names in the industry (Fortune 100). Compensation is above average. Exciting projects that have a meaningful impact on the environment.

      Cons

      Day and weeks can be long. You are surrounded by top performers that always go the extra mile. You don’t want to stay behind. L&D is an opportunity area. Not a lot of upward movement.
