Pros

- Good company vision/mission - Good benefits, love the Community Service programs - Good potential for growth if you're patient - Very intelligent people - Culture is starting to shift to good work/life balance, but you have to own it

Cons

- Pay level low, especially in Spokane - Sometimes various departments don't work together and can cause "us/them" mentality - Sometimes execs/management can get distracted from big picture and get into weeds unnecessarily

Pros

Good work-life balance (balanced against the low compensation) Depending on your area, there are genuinely good people at the company Relatively flat organizational structure

Cons

Compensation is miserable Limited career upside potential Disconnect between senior executives and everyone else Company does not value employees (views us as cheap cogs in a machine) Company morale is terrible and is reflected across the majority of non-senior management

Pros

I can honestly say that there are none. Looking back I can not think of one positive experience I had with this company. Upper management, corporate, immediate management and all co-workers were all amazingly awful people to be around. The overall culture of poor ethics, low integrity and petty attitudes ran rampant throughout the company.

Cons

Unethical, unprofessional, mean, incredibly under managed. Most of my supervisors were incredibly under educated and did not belong in their positions. General Manager was an incredible drunk, immediate supervisor was a foreigner and vastly prejudice towards anyone other than "his own". Immediate supervisor was the most unethical person I have ever worked for. Company stealing and overbilling seemed to be an accepted practice and people who called them out on it were immediately fired.
