There are some really good people here and the company has really great values and ambition for growth.

Cons

The corporate politics can be very difficult / challenging to address. The U.S. job market is really "hot" right now for this industry and salaries may not be as high as competitors.

Favouritism and unclear HR policies and structure, unclear performance structure, salary structure. You can climb the corporate ladder without having the right academic qualification. Everything is based on the management's discretion.
