Pros

- Working hours are fine, wasn't asked to do unpaid overtime - Staff were fine generally, some nice people worked there - Pay and benefits were ok - Decent first job

Cons

- No privacy whilst working in a noisy, open plan office - A depressing, unsocial atmosphere around the web team - Management that relied on micro-managing, intimidation and fear of making mistakes
