Okay but not great

Pros

Backed by the French government, thus too relevant to fail at this moment.

Cons

Work/life balance is not great. Continued FTE cuts in support functions without an reasonable alternative. The pay is low compared to market trends. Benefits are okay but not great. Senior leadership is out of touch with reality and incompetent.

Pros

If you are mediocre, this is the company for you

Cons

Toxic place to work Incompetent management Very siloed teams No one knows what is going on elsewhere No pay hikes Bonus funding is (probably) unfairly distributed Strangely relies on contractors instead of in-house engineers

Pros

- Upper Management is starting to "get it" - Lots of opportunity for growth - Great work/life balance - Company values are solid - The work you do really does make an impact

Cons

- Pay is still behind the curve - They struggle to find/keep entry level positions so there are high stress moments when workload falls behind - Antiquated system that causes a lot of headaches - Development team can be a bit aloof
