Pros

Very flexible approach to its employees time Very good work life balance - very much a work hard, play hard approach Good benefits for staff such as bonus, company car, 25 days holiday private healthcare for myself and family, pension scheme. Good benefits that you an buy too such as critical illness cover, additional holiday days. Locations all over the company Keeps staff very well informed of business performance and activities through various channels

Cons

The pay is not the highest on offer

Pros

Good Work Culture, Excellent opportunities for learning

Cons

HR is extremely ruthless and would literally stop at nothing to keep the compensation and benefits to bare minimum. There have been instances of people getting promoted without any increment.

Pros

Great company, great mates and projects. The international projects was challenging and complex. I had to travel a lot and always found kind peers.

Cons

The Spanish office is managed by a terrible CEO. She is despotic and very bad boss, due to this way of management, people was not happy.
