Pros

Balance between personal life and work, market in full evolution with new competitors, human relationship, many interesting jobs, one of the firsts european groups in energy, A fairly free communication with top management,

Cons

Big and old company sometimes difficult to move, weight of the syndicates, risk of losing our spirit after the merge with Suez, very few opportunities to work in other european countries, bulkheads between different departments impeding a good communication, A grid salary which does not reward a fair measure employees who are making efforts. Currently, Gaz de France worries people because of its forthcoming developments and does not attract many new talents

Pros

Working in a supposedly private companies whereas the entire management comes from public administration background

Cons

Employees evolution is absent without French elite school, too many meetings, complicated project management with plenty of artificial processes, salaries are low compared to competitors.
